How it works
The IKEA Landlord Envoy service is straightforward and a big time saver.
Simply email us the list of the items you need from IKEA – including items from the Market Place. Then put us in contact with your management company. We will arrange the rest.
From key collection and collecting the items from IKEA – through to fully assembled furniture. Unflatpack have got you covered.
This is a full service offering
- We will go and pick up the keys from the agents
- Arrange delivery of your IKEA furniture and soft furnishings
- Build the flatpack furniture
- Install the furniture
- Put up curtain poles / fix items to the wall
- Clean up
- Return the keys to your agent
Landlords IKEA furniture assembly pricing
Unflatpack’s Landlord’s IKEA Envoy service is priced by the quantity of items we are building.
- Minimum price £1,000 – (if your job does not fit this criteria, check out our flatpack assembly service »)
- Key collection from agent or local holder = £100
- Packaging removal = £60
- Wall fixings (towel rails, mirrors, curtain poles etc) = £10 per fixing – discounts are available for bulk fixings
Unflatpack IKEA Envoy service requires payment in advance. Except for if the total amount is greater than £3,000. In this instance we take a £50% deposit in advance and 50% on completion.
